Rincon is a fast growing city located just outside of Savannah GA off of I-95 and Hwy 21. Rincon Georgia has a lot to offer and is a great place to consider when purchasing a home in the Savannah area. This community is gated and has both tennis courts and a clubhouse. This is one of Rincon's nicer subdivisions with homes ranging from $200,000 to $350,000 with large floor plans. The lot sizes range from a half acre to an acre size lot. It has a beautiful entrance with a lake just inside the entrance. The subdivision is located as you come into Rincon from Savannah on the right side and close to the Kroger shopping center.

Rincon is a great place to purchase when purchasing a home close to Savannah GA because of it's location northwest of Historic Savannah. Rincon is close to the Savannah River and the South Carolina State line. If you are commuting to Hilton Head Island for work or Blufton S.C. then Rincon would be a great place to consider buying a home. You get larger lot sizes in Rincon than you would find in most of Savannah or Hilton Head Island communities. Rincon and Effingham County also has many agricultural zoned properties where you can have horses. If you enjoy a country setting close to the city then Rincon and Effingham County would be the best place for you to purchase your home. If you are the cowboy or cowgirl that likes to go to the beach on the weekends then Rincon is the best of both worlds. Rincon is only a 45 minute commute to Tybee Island GA and Tybee Islands beach. Also, Rincon is located between Statesboro and Savannah making it another consideration if you work in Statesboro at Georgia Southern University. Much of the development in the past 5 years has been located in this corrider of I-95 and Hwy 21 S with many new shopping and eating options. With much more growth on its way such as Publix shopping centers and Zaxby's one of my favorite places to eat.
